Our Mission

We prepare the next generation of leaders to navigate the crises and complex dynamics of our changing world using innovative, forward-looking leadership training at an early stage.

The world is evolving rapidly, challenging the traditional mode of leadership. Early modernized training is critical to define the nature of our world tomorrow.

Our Vision

We believe the most successful applicants and aspiring young leaders require strong fundamentals:

  • Deep understanding of the global context: applicants and future leaders need to articulate the relevance of their skills and ambitions in the context of modern society.

  • Clarity of leadership vision: Going beyond understanding the context, young leaders must be able to define an impact area and a bold vision for the future.

  • Action plan for impact: Visualizing an ideal future is not enough. It must be accompanied by an actionable roadmap for impact, aligning with each step in your personal development: from volunteering, to college admissions, and even to fundraising for your startup or social enterprise.

Our Offering

Founded by graduates from the University of Oxford and Schwarzman Scholars this academy offers a launchpad into global leadership. Our programs are rooted in real-world challenges that shape our planet and are inspired by the UN’s mission for a more equitable, sustainable future. Our aim is for you to leverage your own unique story, perspectives, and skills to chart a personal roadmap for impactful leadership shaping a better world for tomorrow.

Paideia Leadership Academy is for youth who want to lead the future and to start today.

This course is designed for high school students (ages 14–17) who are ready to ask deeper questions:

  • How can my passion for technology, storytelling, or economics shape the world?

  • What kind of change do I want to be part of and how can I start now?

  • How can I be strategic about the next steps of my future: from extracurriculars, to university applications and even my first steps in entrepreneurship?

  • How can I leverage my leadership narrative and plan for impact for top global program applications, attracting investors to my project and networking with future change makers?

Our Flagship Program: Impactful Leadership Course

Deep-dive topic areas:

  • The Global Context: Understanding the global polycrises, the unequal distribution of its effects and emerging solutions.
