Modern Leadership.
Personal Vision. Real Change.
Leadership education for the next generation
Go beyond the curriculum. Develop your voice. Build your roadmap for impact.
Our Mission
We are looking for ambitious sixth-form students aged 15 to 18 who want to challenge themselves intellectually and enter university with a sharper global perspective, a proven leadership skill set, and a clear sense of direction.
Paideia is an academically rigorous leadership programme combining university-style academic exploration and independent research, practical leadership development, 1:1 guidance and an ambitious international peer community.
We equip young people to think independently, research and interrogate complex questions, communicate persuasively and turn their interests and ambitions into purposeful action.
Our Approach
High expectations. High support.
Paideia combines the intellectual challenge of university-style learning with individual guidance and practical leadership development. Students are encouraged to engage seriously with complex ideas, contribute their own perspectives and take increasing ownership of their learning and direction.
Explore: Engage with global challenges, institutions and emerging ideas through challenging readings, seminars and university-style discussion.
Think: Develop skills in academic reading, independent research, critical evaluation and analytical writing through small-group tutorials and inquiry.
Discuss: Learn to question, listen and develop ideas through tutorial-style dialogue, collaborative discussion and intellectual debate.
Speak: Develop your voice through structured debate, presentations, public speaking and persuasive argument.
Connect: Learn alongside ambitious peers and engage with academics, professionals and mentors from different fields and perspectives.
Create: Put your thinking into practice through an independent research or project-based capstone, supported by individual guidance.
Take Direction: Work 1:1 with an advisor to explore your interests and ambitions and build a personalised 12-month roadmap for what comes next.
The Need
A space to think bigger.
Sixth form is a pivotal moment. Students are beginning to make decisions about higher education, future careers and the kind of contribution they want to make in the world.
At this stage, the right environment can be transformative. Being exposed to challenging ideas, university-style discussion, ambitious peers and new perspectives can expand a young person’s sense of what is possible — and what might be possible for them.
These experiences are not about improving exam grades. They are about giving students the chance to think more deeply, test their ideas, develop their voice and encounter possibilities beyond their immediate experience.
For many young people, a short period in the right intellectual community can change how they see themselves and their future.
Paideia exists to create that kind of environment: one that widens horizons, raises aspirations and gives young people the space to explore where their interests and ambitions might lead.
